Bestselling Thriller Author
Trevor Scott was born in Duluth, Minnesota, and grew up in Carlton, where he earned his Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America. He worked on the dangerous flight deck of three aircraft carriers loading weapons on Navy aircraft for four years, and then as an officer in the Air Force for seven years, where he was stationed in various missile units during the fall of communism and as a commander of 500 personnel in a B-52 squadron during the first Gulf War. He is the author of the bestselling Jake Adams International Espionage Thriller Series, the Hypershot Series, and many other thrillers and mysteries. He holds a bachelor's in English from the University of Minnesota, Duluth, and a master's in creative writing from Northern Michigan University. He has traveled to 75 countries, lived in Germany for three years, lived in 15 states, and currently resides in Nevada and Oregon.
Scott retired as a captain in the Air Force. His military honors include the Air Force Commendation Medal (with oak leaf cluster), the Air Force Achievement Medal, Expert Marksmanship, National Defense Service Medal, Navy Good Conduct Medal, Navy Meritorious Unit Commendation, and the German Schutzenschnur (silver).
Scott has been married for more than 30 years and has two grown sons, a software engineer and author Trevor Schmidt.
